Stress Response: Savior to Killer-Stanford University- Neurobiologist Robert Sapolsky

This Neurobiologist explains well what stress is about: increase of blood pressure, etc to run for your life. When the zebra escapes it switches off its stress response. As human beings don’t seem to be able to find our “off switch”. This is psychological “non-sense” we stress about.

What is stress? How to manage it?

Originally it was there to help us to flee when we were risking our life (e.g. being eaten up by an animal, etc.). But today, in our daily lives, it takes a far too important place.
